Often can we read that the one or the other airlines in Europe do not behave properly, and many of you have probably also experienced poor treatment by the airlines on their travels. But which airline is really the worst in Spain?
Report of complaints in Spain last year, saying that it is not the cheap flight giant Ryanair is the worst airline, although the airline is often the target of criticism in the newspapers. In fact, the Spanish Iberia worse when it comes to disciplinary action for violation of the rules for air traffic.
In 2012 had the Spanish airline Iberia 57 complaints from the Spanish State Air Safety Agency, AESA. Ryaniar had 43, Air Europa 26, Air Nostrum21 and Vueling 15. The rest of the airlines had fewer than ten offenses. There were a total of 493 reports on the complaints of various kinds.
The two major airlines Iberia and Ryanair stand with their combined 100 reprimands for 20 percent of all recorded crime AESA. In 26 of the cases are these crimes on fuel during flights.
The Spanish State Air Safety Agency, AESA, did 15.284 controls last year, an increase of 126 percent over the previous year.
